Shipping:
We ship
items in stock within two days excluding weekends and holidays.
Charges include processing, packaging and shipping costs.
Please allow 7-10 business days for standard shipping and
10-14 business days during holidays. If you feel it is not
safe to leave the package at your front, please request the
"signature required" service ($2.00 per package)
or buy the insurance (1% of the insured amount).
Returns:
You must
notify us of a return within two days of receing the item.
You need to call, fax or email a request for a Return Goods
Authorization (RGA) number.
To avoid
unnecessary returns, please be sure you have read and inquired
all the product information before submitting your order.
We appreciate your cooperation. All returns for refunds are
subject to a 25% re-stocking fee or a 100% store credit for
exchanges. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
